Vicinity(nearby area) update : The project is part of the Aditya World City and is close to other project of World City like Urban Homes, City Apartments, City Residences and White Cottages. Aditya World City is an integrated township which will be self-sufficient in nature. It houses schools, hospitals, number of parks, Golf Course, commercial complexes, etc which makes it a complete township in true sense. Wave City is adjacent to Aditya World City. Other projects close to Aditya World City are Landcraft Golflinks and Mahagunpuram. Columbia Asia Hospital is located opposite to the township on NH 24. A number of educational institutions are located close to the project on NH 24. To name a few: Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, ABES Engg. College, INMANTEC, IMS, Ryan International school and Gurukul School.

Connectivity updates : The township has the advantage of being located on NH 24. Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadhkari has promised to roll out the widening of NH 24 up to Dasna into a 14-lane highway by the end of this year to decongest the corridor. This will result in reduced jams and clogging. The township is located at 30 mins drive from Delhi. It is close to the main regions of Ghaziabad like Kavi Nagar industrial area, Kavi Nagar, Raj Nagar and Shastri Nagar. It is 5 KMs away from Ghaziabad Railway Station which is a major station and provides good connectivity to railways network. Ghaziabad Development Authority has proposed metro line extension from New Bus Terminal to Lal Kuan via MMG Hospital and Opulent Mall on GT Road. The proposed Lal Kuan Metro station would be around 2-3 Kms away from the township. Recently, UP Government has announced Rs. 1500 crores for development of Ghaziabad city. This will result in betterment of infrastructure in the city which will also benefit the township.
